Welcome to TattooLicious! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and interactions with our team. By scheduling an appointment, visiting our shop, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information

TattooLicious is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and offers professional tattoo services by licensed and experienced artists.

Services are available by appointment and walk-in (subject to availability).

Customers must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo, as required by Hawaii state law. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
2. Booking and Appointments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.

Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations: Cancellations without proper notice will result in a loss of the deposit.
3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on the size, complexity, and time required for the tattoo.

Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment specified in the shop.
4. Health and Safety

TattooLicious adheres to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols in compliance with Hawaii state regulations.

Customers are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment.

The shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided by their tattoo artist to ensure proper healing.

TattooLicious is not responsible for complications arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidelines.

Customers should arrive on time for appointments and notify the shop of any delays.
6. Design and Intellectual Property

All tattoo designs created by TattooLicious artists remain the intellectual property of the shop and the artist.

Custom designs are unique to each customer and may not be reproduced or replicated without the artist's consent.
7. Liability

TattooLicious is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Customers assume all risks associated with receiving a tattoo.
8. Right to Refuse Service

TattooLicious reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with these Terms.
